Looking for an off-the-beaten-path trail to hike? Five Rivers has you covered!
One of the things we love about Concord is the abundance of great trails and hiking. Now that the temps are warm, we turn to Five Rivers for some tips to the trails less traveled in the area. Five Rivers Conservation Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to conserving open space across the greater Capital Region. Through conservation easements and land ownership, Five Rivers is doing its part as an active land trust to help keep those places intact for future generations. #homehikechallenge
They do such great work! And, these trails wind their ways through properties conserved by Five Rivers, and have all - just not the crowds.
