Loudonshire Farm– Elevage de Volailles Preservation Project
Loudon, NH
(603) 435-6878
Loudonshire Farm is operated upon the professional, personal, and spiritual values of its owners. They are committed to agricultural sustainability to leave their farm to future generations in better shape than when they started. To that end, they raise heritage stock of chickens, ducks, cows, and pigs to preserve the diverse genetic lines of these unique food species. Today, livestock, poultry, and waterfowl have been genetically watered down from the original breed stock raised by our forefathers. This results in meats that lack vital nutrients, flavor, texture, and quality. Local chefs praise their products for their unique taste and support the mission of the farm. If you're looking for the healthiest food to feed your family, this is a great place to begin your journey!
