Elm Grove offers new rental apartments right in downtown Concord

Build it and they will come… Well, Concord has a wonderful new Main Street – and here come 41 apartments to the heart of downtown.

NH real estate investment firm Elm Grove acquired 4 brick buildings on Pleasant Street and South State St. in Concord, NH in 2018. The are completely  transforming the more than 45,000 sq. ft. total into cool rental apartments and retail business space.

The makeover of the buildings has maintained their original style and facades but added 41 high-end apartments right downtown, and with parking. Besides the ‘mini-flats’ apartments, the buildings will accommodate 18,000 sq. ft of commercial space. All the apartments will be modern, energy star rated, and aimed at younger people looking to live and work right downtown. They will include existing architectural features such as big wooden beams and offer lofts as well as mini-split heating and cooling systems. The units can be rented now.

Elm Grove Realty currently owns and manages more than 1,300 apartments all over New Hampshire and Central Massachusetts.
